Egg Tarts 3

I am so glad i tried this new egg tart recipe. This recipe originated from a well known Dim Sum Restaurant in Hong Kong.
The 1st bite of the pastry made me fall in love with these egg tarts immediately. The pastry is so crispy compared to those using other egg tart recipes. My mom also can't get enough of it & she asked me to bake more.

Well, since a friend of mine wanted so much to eat egg tarts, i decided to bake some today. My egg tarts seemed to look nicer & smoother than the earlier ones. This means, my baking skills have improved a lot lol!

Anyway, i hope my friend will like them lol!

My Mini Egg Tarts

This morning, while eating my mini egg tarts, surprisingly it tasted better than those of yesterday. The pastry so crispy & now can eat non stop. Hope i won't gain weight lol!HaHaHa

Mini Egg Tart

Well, today i tested another egg tart recipe using mini muffin

pan which can make up to 20 mini tarts, but the pastry not

so cripsy, so i still prefer the 1st Egg Tart recipe.
I regretted trying this recipe.


Anyway, after finished baking, i prepared a simple dinner -

a soup, stir fried veggie & this simple stir fried pumpkin .

Yes! This is the 1st time I baked egg tarts. These egg tarts are simply delicious & good to eat when just out of oven.
