Mini Egg Tart

Well, today i tested another egg tart recipe using mini muffin

pan which can make up to 20 mini tarts, but the pastry not

so cripsy, so i still prefer the 1st Egg Tart recipe.
I regretted trying this recipe.


Anyway, after finished baking, i prepared a simple dinner -

a soup, stir fried veggie & this simple stir fried pumpkin .
