Hokkaido Milk Buns

After been busy for few months, now I'm back to continue my baking experiment. This time I choose to bake Hokkaido Milk Buns. It turn out amazingly soft...will bake more in the near future...

White Loaf

I bought this BreadMaker few day ago. Today I decided spend sometime to test on this machine. Without wasting much time, I started prepared all the ingredient and after 3hrs 20 min, here go my 1st soft loaf. Now I can enjoy fresh bread, hmm so yummy.

Today i spend few hours baked this Mini Buns. During the baking process, it smell good and turn out so soft.
I will keep some for tomorrow breakfast .
