I am so glad i tried this new egg tart recipe. This recipe originated from a well known Dim Sum Restaurant in Hong Kong.
The 1st bite of the pastry made me fall in love with these egg tarts immediately. The pastry is so crispy compared to those using other egg tart recipes. My mom also can't get enough of it & she asked me to bake more.

wow, I absolutely love egg tarts! I must try your recipe some day!! :) So far, I've not been able to bake egg tarts with the perfect crispy 'so pei' pastry..
