Today my 1st try make this Apam Balik. Very satisfied with the result.

Fried Cempedak

Last few day I keep fried Cempedak because now is Cempedak Season and this is my favourite fruit & I just love to eat it so much. Wish the season will never end. ^__^

Pancakes

This pancakes are so easy to make & taste great too. I pour some Maple syrup on top, wow! so yummy.

Home-Made Dried Meat

Dried Meat is my mom's favourite snack. So, today i used chicken meat & baked it in small portions. It will taste much better if i added 1 tbsp fish sauce instead of 1/2 tbsp.

Looks like i need to do more experiments.

Anybody want to try a piece?
