Since Mid-Auumn festival (Moon Cake festival) is around the corner, lately i'm been busy baking mooncakes for friend & relatives. This year, the Low Sugar White Lotus Paste i bought was too dry which made me a little bit dissappointed. Anyway, i hope to bake more butter pastry varieties when I'm free as these are my favourites.
